MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (MHSG PP) provides patients secure access to view their medical and active duty dental health records, manage appointments, and exchange messages with their healthcare team. MHSG PP replaces the TOL Patient Portal.
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website for 24/7 access to your healthcare information, including managing appointments, and exchanging messages with the healthcare team anytime and anywhere. This Patient Portal replaces TRICARE Online Patient Portal and Secure Messaging.
Mar 9, 2024 · TRICARE Online Patient Portal (TOL PP) Decommissioning Update. As of 9 March 2024, all sites have transitioned to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (MHSG PP). Use MHSG PP for online healthcare requests: Secure Messaging: Go to MHSG PP Messaging tab to message your Provider team.
Last Updated: December 29, 2023. Secure Patient Portals allow Military Health System beneficiaries to manage their individual or family health care online. The MHS is currently using two patient portals, TRICARE Online and MHS GENESIS, DOD's new electronic health record.
