You have some in-your-face bands like The Last Resort, The 4-Skins and Condemned 84 that are clearly Oi! bands. The music tends to be a little slower, the vocals sound rougher and the song subject matter more conservative. But the bands that straddle Oi! and punk like The Business, Cockney Rejects and Cock Sparrer are harder to classify.
However, none of the bands associated with the original Oi! scene promoted racism or far-right politics. Some Oi! bands, such as Angelic Upstarts, The Business, The Burial and The Oppressed were associated with left wing politics and anti-racism, and others were non-political.
I would say most Oi bands aren't nazis. I don't exactly follow the RAC scene but there seems to be less Oi and more hardcore/metal/shitty generic 3 chord punk. Just about any Oi band that's actually on the radar for the punk scene probably isn't going to be racist.
