Sep 27, 2021 · You get a lot of story for free. The whole story up to the end of version 5.5 can be played solo if you want. They give you companions or you can hire other players characters while they are offline. For an mmo, they really kept the Dragon Quest charm and everything still feels like Dragon Quest. I'm having a lot of fun with it.
