Priest is a 2011 American action horror film directed by Scott Stewart and stars Paul Bettany as the title character. It is loosely based on the Korean comic of the same name by Hyung Min-woo, in turn inspired by the computer game Blood by Monolith Productions.

The film was a modest success at the box office, and in 2011 Stewart followed it up by directing "Priest," a science-fiction horror movie based on a Korean comic book of the same name.
As a director, he helmed the dark fantasy action-horror films Legion and Priest, and the alien abduction thriller Dark Skies. He also executive produced the television series Dominion, a sequel to the former film. Stewart has also directed, produced, and realized dozens of short films and television commercials.
