Dec 12, 2023 · For most actors, this would mean their exit from the show. Voicing Moya's Pilot meant that Lani Tupu still had a job to do on Farscape, so the death of Bialar Crais did not affect Tupu's employment status, but rather let him focus on his role as Pilot.

Tupu's involvement in Farscape is somewhat unique. Originally cast as Crais, a recurring character set to only appear in a few episodes of the first season, he was later also hired to provide the voice of Pilot, giving him involvement in every episode.
