The 18 business class seats on ZIPAIR will in fact be JAMCO reverse herringbone seats, which seems awfully nice for a leisure low cost carrier. These are very similar to the seats that Japan Airlines is now installing on some of their planes.

Jan 29, 2024 · Of course the immediate thing that stands out is the lack of personal televisions, as this is the first airline in the world to install reverse herringbone seats without personal entertainment. So instead, you’ll get a great view of the safety card for the entire flight! ZIPAIR 787 “Full Flat” business class seat.
Mar 12, 2024 · For those not familiar, ZIPAIR is Japan Airlines’ low cost carrier that launched in 2020, and the airline offers a fascinating passenger experience. In particular, the airline has what’s possibly the world’s most basic business class, with reverse herringbone seats that don’t have personal televisions, and don’t include any additional services.
Oct 3, 2023 · Zipair doesn't include much as far as amenities and entertainment. There are no seatback screens, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work for internet access. However, you can purchase some extras to make it a more comfortable flight.
