If you’ve been anywhere near TikTok recently, you may have seen one of several viral videos showing gate agents aggressively measuring Frontier passengers’ personal items and then forcing them to spend $99 to bring those items on the plane (even ones that clearly fit!).

This places Frontier in last place out of 10 airlines in terms of On-Time Performance (OTP). In comparison, the top airline was Hawaiian, arriving on time 94.07% of the time.
