Sep 8, 2023 · To change the style of your contact photo, tap “Contact Photo & Poster” beneath the preview. Tap “Edit” to see your saved contact posters. You’ll notice you can create multiple posters and switch between them at will, or tap “Customize” to edit an existing poster.
Simply select a replacement poster (AKA the correct poster, the real poster, the only true poster, the original-language poster, the what-were-they-thinking poster) from one of these tabs and press Save.

iPhone uses your Apple ID to create your contact card, called My Card, in the Contacts app but you may want to add or edit details—including your name, address, phone number, birthday, photo, and Contact Poster you can share with people when you call or send a message to them.
You can set a photo and poster to automatically appear when you call or send a message to others.
1.Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
2.Tap My Card at the top, then tap Contact Photo & Poster.
3.Optionally, tap Name, enter your first and last name as you want it to appear to others, then tap Edit to pick a poster or create a new one.
4.Scroll to the bottom and turn on Name & Photo Sharing to start sharing your contact photo and poster with others.
You can share automatically with Contacts Only, or select Always Ask to be prompted before your name, photo, and poster are shared with anyone you’re communicating with.
You can add or edit your pronouns or another contact’s pronouns in the Contacts app.
1.Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
2.Tap My Card at the top to add your pronouns, or select another contact to add theirs.
3.Tap Edit, then tap Add Pronouns.
4.Select your language and add the correct pronouns.
You can also add pronouns in other languages by tapping Add Pronouns again.
Use My Card in the Contacts app to easily share your information with others.
1.Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
2.Tap My Card at the top, then tap edit.
3.Enter your contact information.
Contacts suggests addresses and phone numbers to help you set up My Card.
If you don’t see My Card, tap and enter your information, then return to the contact list, touch and hold your contact, and tap Make this My Card.
Tap My Card at the top of your contacts list, tap Edit, scroll down, then tap Create Medical ID or Edit Medical ID.

How to disable the Contact Poster feature in Contacts and Phone app. With ios 17, Apple added a really stupid feature called Contact Poster to the Contacts app in addition to the standard Photo circle. When I go to update a picture on a contact it now forces me to add a Contact Poster as well.
