Oct 13, 2021 · My experience has been pretty good. I got my car 13 days from the day I initiated contact with a sales person. I will say I went 7 days with no communication from vroom. I called for an update on delivery and the guy told me a date 1 day before their estimated delivery date…which was about 4 days out.
