Juan Carlos Vargas (born March 7, 1961) is an American businessman and politician who has been a U.S. representative for California since 2013. His district includes the southernmost portions of San Diego County.
He represents California’s 52nd Congressional District which includes portions of San Diego County, all of Imperial County, and the entire U.S. - Mexico Border in California. Currently serving his sixth term in Congress, Juan serves on the Committee on Financial Services.
