Like Peep, Chirp is often very kind, sweet, honest, accommodating, witty, polite and friendly, as well as at times curious and naive. Unlike Peep, however, she is mean, sassy, short-tempered, spoiled, and bossy (mostly with Quack). She is shown not to be very fond of the Blue Jays, as they always cause trouble. Chirp likes to collecting and sorting...

Peep - Chirp is friends with Peep and has often been spending time with him whether talking with him in his can, or hanging around him. Peep and the Big Wide World (PATBWW) is an animated children's television series created by Danish-Canadian animator Kaj Pindal. It revolves around the lives of Peep, Chirp, and Quack, as viewers discover, investigate, and explore the world around them.
Peep (i.e. chirp) and mutter refer to the faint voice, like that of a little bird, which antiquity ascribed to the shades of the departed: “The sheeted dead did squeak and gibber in the streets of Rome.”
Narrator: One morning after a very windy night, (Chirp comes out of the can rolling a rock with Peep carrying a leaf.) Chirp came by to help Peep clean up. Chirp: That must have been the windiest night in history.
When the people [instead of trusting God] say to you, “Consult the mediums [who try to talk to the dead] and the soothsayers who chirp and whisper and mutter,” should not a people consult their God?
