    Bionicle (stylized all caps) is a line of Lego construction toys, marketed primarily towards 8-to-16-year-olds. The line originally launched in 2001 as a subsidiary of Lego's Technic series.

    • 2003. In spring 2003, the Bohrok-Kal were released. They wore Krana-Kal, which looked like shinier, metallic versions of Krana. The Bohrok-Kal were the same size and shape of Bohrok, with slightly different weapons and some silver components, with their heads showing the symbol of their elemental Bohrok group.
    • 2004. In 2004, the form and shape of the Toa and Matoran changed entirely. The Toa Metru were larger, used almost entirely different pieces, and had new weapons and new masks.
