To further Mills’ historic focus on leadership by women and nonbinary people, equity, and social justice, Mills and Northeastern will jointly launch the Mills Instituteon Northeastern’s Oakland campus. The institute will be dedicated to advancing leaders across genders and empowering BIPOC and first-generation students.
