Glickman (born November 24, 1944) was born in Wichita, Kansas, and graduated from Southeast High School in 1962. He recieved his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1966 and his J.D. from George Washington University in 1969. From 1969 to 1970, Glickman worked as an attorney for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
