Jul 26, 2016 · The new Epic Toms are the best sounding epic toms and I have 8W Empreium Titan Choir (same as Lacrimosa with Mix, and Spot Micros) which gave a super fat epic choir sound + multivowels (not like Studio Sopranos more Staccato/Marcato) are really nice. I love AGE and have 8W Black Edition - a super fat sound of strings + brass + woodwinds.

Yeah, those are definitely factors I look at. In this case the sale is super deep on the 8dio Ostinatos and on the other hand I went from Komplete 10 to 13 (so who knows when I'll get the upgrade that includes Action Strings 2). But other than the money aspect, I was looking for insight on which one gets the job done better and more convincingly.
