Frankfurt pe Main (în germană Frankfurt am Main (ajutor · info) [ˈfraŋkfʊrt]) este cel mai mare oraș din landul federal german Hessa și al cincilea oraș ca mărime din Germania. Este situat pe râul Main și are o populație de aproximativ 670.000 de locuitori.
Frankfurt is located in what was originally a swampy portion of the Main valley, a lowland criss-crossed by channels of the river.
