Visitor Information. Yellow Springs is a fun place to visit for shopping, dining, and abundant recreation. Situated on US Rt. 68 in Greene County, the town is about six miles from either I-70 or I-675. Its size and small town atmosphere notwithstanding, 60 shops and a dozen eateries fill the compact, quite walkable, three blocks of downtown.
