As its title states, on this album June Christy does indeed sing a lot of offbeat tunes, with the only standards being Harold Arlen's "Out of This World," his "A Sleepin' Bee," and "You Say You Care." Pete Rugolo's typically unusual and surprising arrangements inspire the singer and make this a fairly memorable (if not famous) outing.
