Nita Williams takes you uptown, down¬ and through the back streets with detours a blues alley or two. But her destination is clearly marked, a compass needle pointing straight south to torrid climates where love is an obsession worthy any price to maintain. The great jazz singer Joe Williams credited Nita with being from the old school.

Feb 12, 2007 · Juanita Williams is one of those undiscovered singing gems. Her musicality is a blast. She is such a true musician. She rocks, she swings, she blows the roof off. I highly encourage everyone to not only buy this album but go see her live. I did and it was an unforgettable evening of terrific music.
