Shinobu Otake (大竹 しのぶ, Ōtake Shinobu, lahir 17 Juli 1957) adalah seorang aktris Jepang. Ia mememnangkan tiga Penghargaan Akademi Jepang: penghargaan Aktris Terbaik 2000 untuk Railroad Man, dan penghargaan 1979 untuk Aktris Terbaik (The Incident) dan Aktris Pendukung Terbaik (Seishoku no ishibumi).
Acclaimed Japanese actress Shinobu Otake has led a long and prolific career, appearing in many films and also lending her voice to high-profile animated movies. During the mid-1970s, Otake appeared in her first role as a teen character in the domestic drama "The Gate of Youth," and she reprised the role in its sequel, "The Gate of Youth Part 2."
