Dec 18, 2006 · The major flaws of LETS GET IT: THUG MOTIVATION 101 is that it grows to long and you can instantly fill Jeezy lose some momentum once it gets towards the end of the album where there is more filler material than substance. Had this album been in between the 45-60 minute range it would've been stronger than what it already is.
