Scott Kalvert, best known for directing 1995's The Basketball Diaries, died Wednesday, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. He was found in his home in Woodland Hills on Wednesday and pronounced dead at 1:55 p.m. The L.A. Coroner's Office is investigating the death as a possible suicide.
