When John Lasseter first pitched “The Brave Little Toaster” to Disney executives as a potential movie for him to direct, he was surprised to find his vision for a 2D animated movie with computer animated backgrounds was not met with much enthusiasm from the executives running the studio at the time.
Depends on the child! This is an amazing movie! The characters and the music are all amazing. Sure there are some scary scenes, but it depends on the child. If you/ your child are scared of a lot of things, maybe steer clear for this movie or at least wait until you/ your child get a little older. Show more.
Our review: Parents say ( 4 ): Kids say ( 3 ): Though visually similar (if less accomplished), this sequel is aimed more directly at children than was its big-screen predecessor. The original Brave Little Toaster contained intellectual, emotional, and symbolic elements designed for older viewers as well.
