  7. This installment is head and shoulders above the rest. This film ignores the events of Halloween 4, 5 & 6 (Halloween 3 was an entirely different story) and follows on Halloween 2. The script is good, the dialogue is good, the music is good, the characters are likable, good camera work, and it just felt more realistic.
