There aren't many movies like Silver Linings Playbook. Based on Matthew Quick's 2008 novel of the same name, and adapted by writer-director David O. Russell, the film follows Pat Solitano (Bradley Cooper), a man with bipolar disorder who tries desperately to put his life back together after being released from a psychiatric hospital.
