Unfortunatly no spell significantly benefits from castspeed, its all small almost trivial. Incantations benefit more from this, considering these are generally slower to cast anyway. Thanks OP!
Jul 29, 2023 · Not worth using in PvP IMO. Drinking blue is the biggest weakness of casters and this staff makes you do it way more often for 100~ extra damage on hit. Azur's is more FP efficient and gives you cast speed which is *the* stat to have max in pvp for casters. PvE/Infinite FP cheese aside this staffs overrated in my opinion.

It’s just like the talisman a 10% increase sounds good, but 2.2 seconds down to 2.0 seconds isn’t much. Even in PVP you will be better suited investing your talismans and levels properly for your build type.
