There's not a large amount of literature on the Ottomans, but a good book on the Austrian experience is The First World War: Germany and Austria-Hungary 1914-1918 by Holger H. Herwig. The best general work on the war, in my opinion, is David Stevenson's 1914-1918: The History of the First World War.
