Jul 17, 2023 · Slacking, telling lies, making constant mistakes, apologizing and making the same mistakes, dirty rooms, bad communication, horrible customer service, invasive to your privacy, and load music from the hotel bars. The Rockefeller Hotel Cape Town destroyed my home environment. I gave multiple feedbacks but they never took notes in order to fix it.
