Robert Kiyosaki's stuff is useless if you want details on how to get rich. What they are good for (to a limited degree) is motivation. I doubt the seminars are worth much, but I personally found reading a single book to be worthwhile. After reading Rich Dad's Prophecy I got all excited and started to read his articles and picked up another book.
The overall high-school-dropout tone of the book is likely the influence of “rich dad.”. To be sure, “rich dad” as depicted by Kiyosaki is street smart and has entrepreneur’s genes and energy. But like most high-school dropouts, “rich dad” has not done his homework on many of the opinions he passed on to Kiyosaki.
