May 8, 2001 · As far as finding a capable cast goes, this film really hits the jackpot. The DVD also offers some nice special features. The featurette "Marquis on Marquee" provides a very interesting look at the background of the story and its translation into film, while "Creating Charenton" and "Dressing the Part" look at the set and costuming respectively.
