In 1994, Dr. Rosenstock was appointed as the director of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. During her six-year tenure, she created the National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA), a national framework in which more than 500 partners identified research priorities in occupational safety and health in the country.
