MASKED AND ANONYMOUS was filmed entirely in Los Angeles, during the summer of 2002, on locations, ranging from the Scottish Rite Temple on Wilshire Boulevard to the one hundred year old Casa del Mexicano in Boyle Heights, which stood in for the presidential residence.
