Nov 4, 2016 · Hacksaw Ridge is the quintessential World War 2 movie of the 2010's, bolstered by great performances (mainly from Andrew Garfield, Hugo Weaving and Vince Vaughn), visceral action, strong story telling, and being inspired by a real war story. If you love World War 2 movies but haven't seen this one yet, you are doing yourself a disservice.
