Bittersweet World has some enjoyable tracks and the weaker tracks are nothing to be complaining about. The album single, "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)" is a track with some electronic beats to it and the track is a fun track. The track has nice 80’s feel to it and the track is a pleasing album opener.

The genre change to more dance oriented music doesn’t completely work because there are still a few pop-rock songs, which makes the album feel all over the place. Why did she do this?
