Feb 19, 2019 · A fire destroyed that mule barn on Tuesday, May 28, 1907. After the fire, the building was reconstructed into a three story building and in 1965, Tarkio College bought the barn and adjacent land. Tarkio College, along with the community, began a restor-ation of the mule barn at a cost of $180,000.
