Henry Mancini ( 16. dubna 1924 Cleveland, Ohio – 14. června 1994 Los Angeles, Kalifornie) byl světově známý americký hudební skladatel, dirigent a aranžér. Proslul hlavně jako skladatel filmové a televizní hudby. Získal dvacet ocenění Grammy, včetně ceny za celoživotní dílo, které mu bylo uděleno in memoriam v roce 1995.

Composer Henry Mancini was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 16, 1924. He studied at Carnegie Technical Music School with instructors Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, Ernst Krenek and Alfred Sendry. After graduating, he began his career as a pianist in dance orchestras in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before entering World War II.
