Bullet often seems to lack dramatic impetus. Yet the performances are engaging. Rourke, Shakur, Brody. There's a strong cast here and more. It is very heightened, very violent. And very 90s. It has aged in a way that gives me a lot of nostalgia for the era. I was entertained.
