Overall, it's definitely a nice blu-ray and a great release by Arrow Video.

And yet, as a film, 'New Fist of Fury' is really rather good (122min version at least). It's a very nuanced film, much more than the original Fist of Fury in fact; the Japanese villain, played by Chan Sing, is not a cardboard cut-out antagonist and only really develops into a fearful menace near the end of the film.
