This is a very unusual baby grand and we have never seen another one like it. It was built in Copenhagen in 1951 by the small maufacturer Andreas Christensen, the same maker who commissioned the remarkable PH piano (offered elsewhere on our site) in the early 1930s.

Andreas Christensen was a Danish piano designer and visionary who revolutionized the art of creating pianos. His company, bearing his name, started the production of pianos in 1912, as Christensen employed and worked alongside many other designers.
