The bodybuilder veteran is now 74 years old. At the age of 11, however, his father enrolled him in a martial art school, which wasn’t uncommon in that age and time.
He is a former Mr Hong Kong Bodybuilding Champion - he won the title in 1967. and held it for ten years. He is also a former Mainland China powerlifting Champion.
