Synopsis. Her name is Gong Ah Jung. She's very nice but has never thought about getting married. She thought she would be free forever, but one day, she realized being single is cumbersome. She laughed at her friends who would get old under the name of a madam, but now she is worried that she will become a person worse than that title.
Ah Jung and Ki Joon are caught up in a scandal when she lies about her marital status because of her pride.
I didn't enjoy Lie To Me as much as I thought I would. I watched it early into my drama watching life, and it was the first to disappoint me. I thought Kang Ji Hwan's acting wasn't very good. But the kiss scene in the kitchen with the coke was one of the hottest kiss scenes I have ever seen in drama. It might be worth a rewatch, just for that. 7.
Lie to Me is actually my first Korean drama and I really enjoyed the unique storyline from American dramas as well as the glimpse into South Korean language and culture. All the main characters are dynamic and develop as the series goes along.
