May 21, 2024 · To play Rockstar games such as Grand Theft Auto on PC, you need the Rockstar Games Launcher. So if the launcher is not working, your access to these games is blocked. For some, it’s stuck on the loading screen or freezing on startup.
Try going into Documents and deleting the Rockstar Games folder. I did this and it then let me launch the launcher.
Jul 15, 2023 · You just have to rename the Rockstar Games folder under Documents & restart the launcher. During the restart the launcher will create a new folder that works. Reply More replies. it's really annoying and i don't know how to fix it.

If you cannot connect to the rockstar games launcher because it freezes/gets stuck or says "connecting to rockstar game services" and doesn't do anything for a long period of time, here is the fix. Step 1 - Delete every known file that has to do with anything rockstar.
