Universal owns the distribution rights for Hulk. Which means that if Marvel wants to make a Hulk movie, they should let Universal distribute it. Universal can't make a Hulk movie without Marvel (like Sony can with Spider-Man). Otherwise, Hulk as a character can appear in other Marvel movies without a problem.
