Kills and Ends are both pretty bad. The "Evil Dies Tonight" chant scene was just so bad in Kills. And Ends is barely a Halloween movie. As someone who isn't really a fan the OG Halloween is a good movie. The Halloween reboot from 2018 or whatever actually isn't bad. But the others from the new trilogy are laughable.

Theories for Halloween Ends…. So at this point what has been confirmed by DGG is that, The movie will take place 4 years later. It will feel much more contained. It will acknowledge Covid etc. And JLC said recently that, 4) The movie will be the end of Laurie’s saga. 5) The movie will probably divide lots of fans and make them angry.

It's dogshit. Watch Christine for a far superior version of the same story. Ends checks every box in a "what not to do in the final film of a trilogy/storyline" checklist. If they'd have introduced Corey in Halloween 18, maybe as the Cameron character or simply as a friend of Allison's, then maybe - maybe - it could have worked.
