Rev. Hagop Akbasharian is the pastor of the Armenian Evangelical Church in Anjar (Beqaa, Lebanon) and the Principal of the Armenian Evangelical Secondary School in the same place. He was born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1986 in a Christian family. Since childhood, he has been an active member in the church.

Jun 8, 2021 · Anjar was a city of the Umayyad Islamic dynasty located in Lebanon, founded in the early 8th century by Caliph Walid I. Over the course of this century, Anjar’s setting at the centre of major trading routes allowed it to flourish into a commercial hub.
