The full name of the quest is Lost City of Zanaris, as stated on quest completion. Prior to it being released the wilderness door could be seen. Head to Lumbridge Swamp, just east of the Draynor Village bank. There you will find four adventurers: an Archer, a Cleric, a Warrior, and a Wizard.
The dramen staff allows players to enter Zanaris from the shed in the Lumbridge Swamp after completion of the Lost City quest.
