Gal Gadot. Gal Gadot (aka Gal Gadot-Varsano; / ˈɡɑːl ɡɑːˈdɒt / GAH-l GAH-do-T; [1] Hebrew: גל גדות; born 30 April 1985) [2] is an Israeli actress and model. Gadot won Miss Israel 2004, before serving in the Israel Defence Forces. She played Gisele Yashar in the 2009 movie Fast and Furious.

Gal Gadot is a tough woman, having served in the Israeli military. To gain some weight and muscular body to play Wonder Woman in a movie, she did incorporate a high fiber and protein diet. Gal started doing weight training, increased time in cardio, apart from kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, and sword fighting.
