Established by a Tokyo-based alumnus, the Murata US-Japan Scholars Program provides grants for talented Japanese students to study at Choate for both summer school and an academic year. Recipients of the one-year Murata grant who want to study at Choate until graduation must reapply for both admission and financial aid (if applicable).
