How to Apply. Applicants must supply accurate income and family member information, and applications must list last names as they appear on social security cards. We will verify all information, including social security, wage data and criminal records.
To apply, complete the online application . The online portal will be open 24 hours; 7 days a week. Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
