Jan 12, 2019 · The final single by the Fudge wasn't released until 3 February 1970, and it was a remix of their Gospel rocker, Lord in the Country, from the Rock & Roll LP. On March 14, 1970, Vanilla Fudge played their final & farewell concert at Phil Basille's Action House.
All the arrangements are by Vanilla Fudge with the exception of the fanfare at the beginning of Lord In The Country which was arranged by Charles Morrow. Recorded at Atlantic Recording Studios, New York This is a stereo recording. For best results observe the R.I.A.A. high frequency roll-off characteristic with a 500 cycle crossover.
